Camden City School District School Calendar 2026-2027

At a Glance

CCSD is an urban school district with 16 schools. For the 2026-2027 school year, classes begin September 3 and end June 22. Camden High School, established in 1891, is one of New Jersey's oldest public high schools and fields its teams as the Panthers in purple and gold. The calendar also notes several religious observances (Yom Kippur, Three Kings Day) for awareness — school stays in session on these days. This calendar includes 2 professional development days, 13 early-release or half days — useful to know when planning childcare. The last day of school is tentatively set for June 22, but may move if the district needs to use weather makeup days.
