School of Science and Technology Discovery School Calendar 2026-2027

At a Glance

SST is a suburban school district with 7 schools. For the 2026-2027 school year, classes begin August 12 and end May 26. SST is a tuition-free, college-prep Texas charter school system serving Pre-K through 12th grade students with a STEM-focused curriculum across San Antonio, Houston, and Corpus Christi. The calendar sets aside 2 additional days (February 15–April 23) that may be used as weather makeup days if needed. This calendar includes 3 professional development days, 6 early-release or half days — useful to know when planning childcare.
